Head over to http://norsaga.meromorph.com/demo to try our interactive demo from Gen Con 2014!
This is the same configuration we used to teach new players the game at our booth. With the preset family tree, you express every trait you'll need to convince your audience... but genetics prevents you from expressing them all simultaneously, due to the way dominant traits work. So close...
...but change your story with a card from your hand, and suddenly it all clicks into place!
More fun to be had
Once you've figured out the base demo, click "Randomize" to start fresh — no preset family tree, no perfect card in hand, no easy saga. Just you, your audience, and those elusive inheritance markers...
With Gen Con 2014 behind us, we want to say a big Thank You to everyone who made it out to see our booth. We demoed the game for two days and almost a hundred people. The response was extremely enthusiastic, with many people asking how they could get their hands on a copy...
...and so begins the next chapter of Norsaga: we’re planning a Kickstarter in Spring 2015!
We’ve got a lot of homework to do before then. The game and art are solid, but we’ll be talking to manufacturers and hammering out logistical details. We haven’t run a Kickstarter before, but we made some great contacts at Gen Con and got a lot of good advice. We think we can do it with your help.
To do it, we want you to help us spread your excitement about the game! We'll be attending a few other cons, and we're looking for opportunities to get playtest copies into your hands. In the meantime, we'll be blogging about the game: its development, its art, the people behind it, and the road ahead. Check out the social media links at the top of the site to stay connected with us. We want to hear from you!
We have a daunting tale ahead of us.

For those who couldn't be there, here's some pictures from our event table at Gen Con.
